I Must Diet... 2nd Fattest Point in Life... : (



Hiii Gyarus : D As most of you probably know... most gyaru's are stick skinny! That is why this blog post is dedicated to me dieting! Recently... I am really really fat! I am at like the 2nd fattest point in my life... That is why I decided to do a lot of dieting... Right now I am at about 130 pounds/58.96kg!  The skinniest point in my life is when I was about 105/106 pounds/48kg...  I am like about 11 kg heavier! My goal right now is to be 48 kg again.

I cried when I couldn't fit it to my pants today... and decided that I have the need to diet! And besides summer is almost here I have to be able to fit into cute clothes! My favorite brand Liz Lisa only looks pretty on skinny people, so even if I am buy them I still can't fit into them.


From now I will post pictures of my full body weekly in tight clothes to track my progress starting today.Then I will post pictures of my body when I am dieting every week or so. The beautiful idea is from Rachel! My lovely follower!

While it is nice that you want to fit into clothes, don't lose sight of being healthy too! If you're only reason to lose weight is to "be stick thin" or "to look more Gyaru", I don't think that's healthy at all nor will it be the proper inspiration for losing weight.

If you think like this: If I lose this weight, I'll be healthy and I'll feel more confident about my body.

I also suggest using a BMI calculator (Google it!) and find out the PROPER weight for your height! When I was reading this post it almost sounded like you're desperate to lose this weight at any costs. Please go the healthy way about it by eating more vegetables, less white grains, more protein, and cutting out sugar. Also, you should work out for at least 30-60 minutes a day, but don't over-do it so that you're extremely exhausted.

Also, if you plateau at a particular weight (I was plateaued at 160lbs. for about 2 weeks, but I'm starting to lose weight again), don't give up! It doesn't mean your body is not going to lose the weight, it means it's become adjusted to your work-out routine, so switch it up. You can do weight lifting to build more muscles which in turn, burn more fat.

I don't know if you know this or not, but I read your post and it sort of scared me. I don't get the impression that you're the kind of girl who would turn to anorexia or some other eating disorder to get to being thin, but this post did kind of put a little red flag!

Just try and diet/exercise the healthy way and do not do quick, crash diets!

Please don't take this offensively! I just want to make sure you're healthy and losing weight the RIGHT and SAFE way!

@Ayame Thank you for caring about me! I really appreciate it! If you see what I eat each day you won't think I am going to ever go anorexic. Haha... but you are right, I dieting the healthy way is important! I learned that in Grade 6 when I was intense dieting because I was really fat, it didn't turn out good so I know how to take caution. The way I am dieting is to exercise 30 mins daily (no more than that because I actually do not like to exercise at all... haha) to build up a habit. And I am going to eat a heavy breakfast, okay lunch and light dinner. And your right I am a little desperate to loose weight because everyone around me seem so skinny, so I forgot to realize that this is my body and it is important to take care of it! And usually when I find fault in myself I tend to put myself down.. haha so I can be harsh on myself sometimes... but I think most teenagers do. Once again thank you for worrying about me I am really grateful ^ _ ^ and I promise I won't diet dangerously, because after all I don't want all my hair to fall out from lack of nutrition.. haha

I'm with you nana-chan! ahaha; I've been dieting and exercising (it's surprising, but i've been doing 30-45 minutes a day on the treadmill for this week)
But for some reason, whenever I diet, I coincidentally get sick :/ been feeling dizzy and having headaches (also 'cause of the girl-thing, if you know what i mean)

I think I'll be posting my personal stuff on my blog too! I was going to do that from the start, but I guess I should start posting more when I get less sick =3=

im 46kg right now~
i want to at least go back to when i was 43kg!
and after that..if its still okay and healthy for me..then i want to go down to 40kg.

Kumicky is my height~ and she weighs 38kg!!! ><
please try not to over do it~ and stay healthy!! ^^
Japanese Gyaru weight is very near to anorexic but because they have small body structure, it is normal for them to be like a stick hahaha!

ooooooh yay. i actually inspired some one. :o!! :L I need to diet tooo. my current weight is a shocking 10 st 10. im 5'7. and i want to lose a stone (14 pounds) in the next 7 weeks. i think around 9 stone is a good weight considering my height and build. i think that if was 38kg like kumicky i would on the brick of death... oooh im sooo happy u not only like the idea but u took it. :L i shall diet with u.:)

but i just cant seem to lose weight like i can lose 6 pounds in 6 mont5hs and thats it.. like i dont put it back on but its gonna take years to reach my target weight then.... which is 9 stone. i have literally just come back frm the black swan and natalie portmen is sooo slim and there was me wit my 7up, popcorn and chocolate....

@Rachel This is what Hikari Shinna gyaru model, do to loose weight. She only ate 1200 cals daily and drank water before each meal so she feels full when she is eating and doesn't over eat. Right now I am trying that but eating 1600cals

yeah 1200 calories seems like a do able amount. im on midterm now for a week. lets see if i can lose any weight this week and i will let u know if i do...

Tim i were staying with Dad and mom plus they lead me to think that many of us were about to brunch at Sarabeth's and a Yankees game. No-one informed me regarding it the night time before but that morning apparently Paul named the house with extra tickets (I do think). I questioned Tim or M&D over it because you can't make reservations for brunch at Sarabeth's therefore we weren't
going super early thus didn't think we'd increase the risk for game over time (Tim loves
to arrive promptly/early for baseball). They claimed that
many of us would. I additionally knew from Tim that afternoon games typically started at
1:10 and this game started in the different time.

I became suspicious and would definitely look for the Sports section
but didn't. With the cooking, Mom was modeling some big sun hat that she would wear to the game. She seemed enthusiastic about it. With the drive into the city, I felt slightly blue because I had been hoping there might be a bridal shower but experimented with pay attention to learning Italian. Used to question why we exited the FDR where we did whenever i knew Sarabeth's wasn't in this direction. Tim said dad indicated there was traffic. I do believe he called Tim's mobile.
As it happens in the am in the event the phone rang it
turned out dad making your property phone ring because Tim knew
how suspicious I'm and since no one mentioned the day's outing the night
before I will question the way all developed outside of nowhere.
The device ringing was allegedly Paul. Also, Tim said
he hid the Sports section should I tried to check the time in
the gang. Boy was I surprised after you and all of my
buddies were within the sidewalk outside Sylvia's (but not Sarabeth's)!

It absolutely was an excellent gospel brunch and surprise. Hee!
